Cost: $25 per session (includes lunch + entry into daily drawing)

Join us for a special week dedicated to strengthening ourselves in every sense; physically, financially, and digitally. Each day features a different Lunch & Learn session where you'll enjoy a delicious meal, connect with fellow Chamber members, and walk away with valuable insights to enhance your personal and professional well-being.

Daily Topics Include:

July 14th 💪 Physical Wellness Day
Treat yourself to 15-minute massage sessions at a discounted rate and take a well-deserved break. (add on to your registration and we will get you scheduled- these will be first come first serve as far as her schedule goes. She is available from 1:00-3:00 this day)
 We'll also be joined by a personal trainer from Fit for It, who will share tips on developing better workplace habits, teach effective stretches you can do throughout your day, and talk about fitness classes he's offering including free trial passes for attendees! It's all about creating a healthier, more energized version of you

July 15th 💼 Protecting Your Future Day

Treat yourself to 15-minute massage sessions at a discounted rate and take a well-deserved break. (add on to your registration and we will get you scheduled- these will be first come first serve as far as her schedule goes. She is available from 11:30am- 2:00 this day)

Meet with local financial advisors and insurance professionals to learn the basics of budgeting, investing, and life insurance. This session is all about securing your financial future with confidence.

Learn how to protect yourself and your business online with this essential class focused on cyber safety basics, password hygiene, and best practices for staying secure in today's digital world.
